本研究旨在探討冒險動機、自我效能與打工渡假旅遊學習之關係,並以樂趣與人格特質作為干擾變項。據此,本研究之目的為:
一、探討冒險動機、自我效能與打工渡假旅遊學習之關係。
二、探討自我效能於冒險動機與打工渡假旅遊學習間是否具有中介效果。
三、探討樂趣與人格特質於冒險動機、自我效能與打工渡假旅遊學習間是否具有干擾效果。
四、研究結果將提供予澳大利亞與紐西蘭之旅遊局於未來制定打工渡假旅遊政策之參考依據。
本研究以赴「澳大利亞」與「紐西蘭」之中國籍打工渡假旅遊者為樣本,透過問卷星平台總共發出 416 份問卷,共回收 416 份問卷,有效問卷 416 份,有效回收率為 100%,並運用 SPSS 23 版對樣本之基本資料進行敘述性統計分 析,同時,運用 AMOS 22 版進行變項之驗證性因素分析。
研究結果發現,以整體而言:
一、冒險動機對自我效能為顯著正相關。
二、自我效能對打工渡假旅遊學習為顯著正相關。
三、冒險動機對打工渡假旅遊學習為顯著正相關。
四、自我效能具有中介效果。
五、樂趣具有增強之干擾效果。
六、人格特質具有增強之干擾效果。
This study is exploring the relationship among adventure motivation, self-efficacy and working holiday tourist learning, and taking fun and personality traits as moderators. Accordingly, the purposes of this study are:
1. Explore the relationship among adventure motivation, self-efficacy and working holiday tourist learning.
2. Explore whether self-efficacy has the mediation effect between adventure motivation and working holiday tourist learning.
3. Explore whether fun and personality traits have the mediation effect among adventure motivation, self-efficacy and working holiday tourist learning.
4. The findings will be provided to the tourism bureau of Australia and New Zealand for reference in formulating development of the on working holiday tourist policy in the future.
In this study, we sampled Chinese tourists who have the experience on working holiday tourist in Australia and New Zealand. Through the questionnaire platform, Sojump, this study sent a total of 416 questionnaires, retrieved 416 questionnaires, 416 are valid questionnaires, and the valid retrieved rate was 100%. Meanwhile, this study used SPSS 23 to do the descriptive statics for the demographic variable, AMOS 23 to do the confirmatory factor analysis.
The results for the overall revealed that:
1. Adventure motivation is significantly positively related to self-efficacy.
2. Self-efficacy is significantly positively related to working holiday tourist learning.
3. Adventure motivation is significantly positive related to working holiday tourist learning.¬¬¬
4. Self-efficacy has the mediation effect.
5. Fun has the enhanced moderation effect.
6. Personality traits have the enhanced moderation effect.
