澳門青洲山的“場所”價值及保護發展研究

在澳門文化遺產分類中﹐“青洲山”被列入為具有保護價值的“場所”﹐為延續青洲山的場所價值﹐需要進行一糸列的保護工作。然而﹐近年澳門城市速迅發展﹐座落於市區的青洲山在迎接著文化保護工作的同時﹐也面臨著都市化的發展建設。青洲山的保護與發展規劃在文化保護與都市發展的雙刃刀下﹐應如何取得平衡？首當其衝地成為了澳門文化遺產保護規劃的重要課題。
本文以概念整合理論﹐分析出文化遺產中的“場所”概念應包含存在於環境空間中的有形物質以及無形文化價值。在此概念框架下﹐以歷史文獻回顧分析、實地勘察﹐總結出青洲山的“場所”價值。再以問卷調查數據進行SPSS分析﹐結果顯示青洲山的文化保護及傳承工作的推廣效度及力度偏低。最後以案例分析、SPSS分析出青洲山的保護發展方向﹐從文化景觀維護、文化教育承傳、自然生態保育三方面規劃。

Green Island Hill has had been classified into the Site Category of Immovable Properties in Macao Heritage, it is necessary to go with protection work for preservation and inheritance. Recently, there is rapid development of urbanization in Macau, the Green Island Hill which located in the urban area in face of the protection of cultural heritage and the development process of urbanization. Between the choice of culture conservation and city development, how should Green Island Hill be planned? It to be the first significant work of the protection of cultural heritage need to strike a balance between city development and cultural conservation in Macau.
Firstly, this thesis is to employ the Conceptual Blending Theory to expound the Place Value of Cultural Heritage. It was found out the Construction of Meanings of The Place Value of Cultural Heritage that must be involve both Tangible Item and Intangible Culture in The Environmental Space. Under this construction of meaning, analysis of the Place Value of Green Island Hill through Literature review and Site Investigation. Second, analysis of data was performed through SPSS for the promotion and protection work of Green Island Hill, the result show that the work validity is in a significantly low level. On the stage of formulating the delineation plan by using the case study, SPSS analysis to found out the direction of protection and development in Green Island Hill. The Research mainly determined the cultural landscape management, cultural education, ecological conservation as well as the protection and development route for the delineation work.
