With the rapid development of information technology, enterprise informatization and Internet+ applications, the traditional offline second-hand car trading market is becoming increasingly competitive. More and more second-hand car trading markets are adapted to the wide application of information technology and the advanced enterprise information management. However, by the background of internet+ and upgrading of the traditional second-hand car trading markets, the informatization level of the markets is strongly limited by many factors like manpower training, new technology applications, slow business development, irregular flow design, small market sizes, and industry policies, etc. The limitations have resulted in many challenges on the information system building, optimization of business flows, and informatization management process optimization. To adapting the increasingly competitive market environment, it is necessary to overcome the aforementioned challenges in time.
Most of the existing information management process and their optimization studies originate from international industry standards and specifications. In China, business informatization management processes of enterprises currently more focus on the process improvement research of informatization institutions or organizations, while most of them stay in the descriptive introduction or comparative analysis. This thesis has attemptted to study informationization management process and CMMI theories, constructed the model of evaluation framework for the second-hand car market business information management process, as case for H second-hand car trading market(H market, the H market means is the H second-hand car trading market in all chapters of this thesis). The thesis has given in-depth empirical research on H for the evaluation and the optimization effect of the H market business information management process. The relative study and applications based on H market analysis have certain practical significance. The main contents of the thesis are as follows:
Firstly, from the perspective of CMMI model, through the definition and tailoring of the management process, process area and best practice of CMMI model, this thesis discussed the relationship between different management process, process area and CMMI model evaluation system. The second-hand car market business information management process evaluation system model based on CMMI model was constructed. According to the CMMI layers method was used to divide it into five levels of capability level. Using FAHP analysis method, designed the questionnaire, the survey sample data of experts in the second-hand car market was used to empirical analysis, the evaluation weight of the first level management process, second level process area and third level best practices of this research model have been established. Based on the evaluation system and capability level, put forward the research hypothesis.
Secondly, according to the research hypothesis of this thesis, using FAHP analysis method, designed the questionnaire, through the empirical analysis of the effective sample data of H Market 2018 year business information management process capability level evaluation questionnaire, and then the overall capability level of H market has been analyzed, at the same time, the first level management process, process area and best practice of this research model have been analyze. According to the requirements of CMMI evaluation, the measures of optimization and improvement were put forward.
Thirdly, the optimization evaluation of the capability level of business information management process of H market has been carried out after the implementation of optimization measures in 2019, this thesis has been analyzed the overall capability level of H market and the impact of evaluation indicators at all levels on the research model, and continuous optimization and improvement measures for weakening evaluation indicators has been put forward.
Finally, through the analysis and summary of the differences of H market evaluation results for two consecutive years, the results of research that the optimization measures of evaluation indicators have been show on a strong correlation with the impact of H market business information management process capability level, and the empirical analysis has been verified the validity of the research hypothesis, the continuous optimization and capability level of H market business information management process had practical significance.
