In this study, we took “Honor of Kings” and “PUBG Mobile” as the research scope, and their players as the objects. The formal questionnaires were issued through the www.wjx.cn, and convenience sampling was used. The sampling survey was conducted from April 13 to 30, 2022. A total of 640 questionnaires were retrieved and 538 were valid. Meanwhile, SPSS 26 and AMOS 26 were used for data analysis. The results for the overall samples in this study revealed that: 1. Team climate was significantly positively related to team trust, team cohesion and team performance. 2. Team trust was significantly positively related to team cohesion and team performance. 3. Team cohesion was significantly positively related to team performance. 4. Team trust and team cohesion had the partial mediation effect. 5. Social support had the strengthened moderation effect.
