心理疾患社工受苦生命經驗轉化與助人經驗之敘事研究

社會工作者在社會服務傳遞中始終扮演助人者的角色，但他們同樣也會因工作內容、工作性質以及個人原因等因素而罹患心理層面的疾患。當前我國大陸地區對於社會工作者自身心理健康和精神衛生方面的研究較為稀少，有關生命經驗轉化相關之研究更是鳳毛麟角。因此，本研究旨在瞭解心理疾患社會工作者這一群體，呈現其受苦生命轉化的具體脈絡，瞭解心理疾患對其生命的影響、生命轉化的意義、轉化經驗對其助人工作的影響。
本研究採用質性研究中的敘事研究取向，深度訪談五位心理疾患社會工作者，以其自我敘述的受苦生命經歷文本為基礎，採取主題分析的方法，探討心理疾患經歷對其生命產生的影響、生命轉化過程中形成的經驗以及這些經驗對其自身及未來助人工作的影響。
結果發現，五位心理疾患社工全部成功完成了受苦生命的轉化，並在各自的生命世界中形成了不同的生命經驗和意義，催化且加深了他們的助人動機，並在他們此後的助人工作中起到了幫助和提升的作用。本研究討論了五位心理疾患社工的生命轉化脈絡和相關主題，啟發社會服務機構關注社工的心理健康，為社工開展一系列減壓減負活動。社工教育者應該注重社會工作專業學生的自我心理狀況觀察審視能力和自我治療治癒能力的培養。

Social workers play a crucial role in delivering social services by providing assistance to people in need. However, they may also experience psychological disorders due to various factors such as work-related issues and family of origins. Despite the importance of the mental well-being of social workers, research on this topic in China is limited. Additionally, there is a lack of research on the transformative experiences of social workers with psychological disorders. Hence, this study aims to explore the impact of psychological disorders on the lives of social workers, the meaning of their life transformations, and the influence of these transformations on their helping work.
This study adopts a narrative research approach in qualitative research, conducting in-depth interviews with five social workers with psychological disorders. Based on their self-narrated texts of suffering life experiences, the study uses thematic analysis to explore the impact of psychological disorder experiences on their lives, the experiences formed in the process of life transformation, and the impact of these experiences on their own and future helping work. The results of the study showed that all five social workers successfully transformed their suffering lives, resulting in various life experiences and meanings. These experiences enhanced their motivation to help and improved their subsequent helping work. This study discusses the life transformation context and related themes of the five social workers with psychological disorders, highlighting the importance of promoting the psychological health of social workers in social service agencies. Furthermore, the study emphasized the need for stress-reducing activities and for social work educators to focus on cultivating the observation and examination abilities of the self-psychological state of social work students, as well as their ability of self-therapy and healing.
