"Wisdom" is a kind of knowledge to get along with people, which is a momentary appropriate behavior in a specific complex and delicate situation, and is composed of a series of knowledge, culture, ability and quality. Only college educators with educational wisdom can cultivate smart college students, smart education expects smart educators, and smart college students long for smart college counselors. Therefore, it is an important task for colleges and universities in the new era to build a team of high-quality counselors with educational wisdom based on cognitive situation and practice. So, what qualities do college counselors need to develop educational wisdom? What is the feasible mechanism and path to cultivate the educational wisdom of college counselors? Is it enough to inculcate and traditional methods such as professional knowledge training, business skills training, and cultural knowledge imparting to college counselors? Through consulting the relevant literature on "college counselor education", the researchers found that it is obviously not enough to improve the educational ability, level and resourcefulness of college counselors only through these traditional means. A series of works on educational phenomenology such as "Teaching Tact - The Implication of Educational Wisdom" and "Practical Phenomenology" by Mr. Max Van Meinan, and academic papers such as Professor Li Shuying's "Focusing on Life Experience and People-oriented Moral Education" and the application of Phenomenological methods in Educational Science ", especially Fan Meinan and Li Shuying's "The Sentiment of Education" (2020). It has the characteristics of practical, humanistic and reflective education phenomenology, which provides a unique perspective and paradigm for the cultivation and development of college counselors' educational wisdom. Therefore, through literature review on the three aspects of educational wisdom, college counselors' educational wisdom and educational phenomenology, this study determines the methodology of educational phenomenology with educational experience as the core and phenomenological attitude as the key feature as the guidance. Action research is carried out through open interviews of educational phenomenology, text writing of experience stories, text rewriting of experience stories, focused reflection discussion and delayed follow-up interview questionnaire. Following the research paradigm of educational phenomenology "describing and writing experience stories - educational phenomenological interviews and observations - focusing on reflection and discussion of experience stories", a feasible path to cultivate and develop the educational wisdom of college counselors is constructed. This provides an alternative professional development path for the cultivation of educational wisdom among college counselors, and also contributes a humanistic perspective of educational phenomenology to the research of the cultivation of educational wisdom among college counselors.
Perhaps some readers are unfamiliar with this research paradigm to explore the educational wisdom of college counselors, have doubts, and perhaps also have curiosity and expectation. However, the researchers believe that exploring the formation of educational wisdom through specific educational events and educational practices of college counselors can more resonate and identify with counselors, because life experience not only opens our understanding and cognitive sense, but more importantly, "all truth comes from practice". Researchers, experts in educational phenomenology, college counselors and heads of student work departments jointly conducted research and action in action, resulting in three important findings: First, the common characteristics of college counselors in the cultivation of educational wisdom, including but not limited to curiosity and sensitivity in the pedagogical perspective; Listen to students' voices and observe students' nuances to understand students' experience; Full of love and trust, discover and tap the inner drive and growth possibilities of students; Grasp the educational opportunity, implement the personality development education, exert the influence of education; Reflection in practice, innovation in reflection, spiral to improve the wisdom of better getting along with students. Second, the action research paradigm of educational phenomenology is a feasible path for college counselors to develop educational wisdom. Experts, researchers and counselors can effectively promote counselors to gradually develop educational wisdom through tracing, curiosity, pursuit, reflection and discussion of educational experience stories. This kind of cultivation path is not measurable and quantifiable, is an endless spiral process, rather than mechanical training and instilling knowledge and skills or education to improve more effective. Third, through the action research of educational phenomenology, the college counselors participating in the research have formed the habit of writing, studying and reflecting on educational experience stories, and can compare and refine the essence and significance of other counselors' educational experience stories, and dig out the aspects of their own educational wisdom and deficiencies in the educational situation at that time, so as to consciously improve their reflective power. It has better formed the excellent quality of education wisdom.
Based on the findings of the study, the researchers suggest that the three levels of education management departments, universities and counselors should strengthen the linkage, and better and faster cultivate and develop the educational wisdom of college counselors in the interaction. In the training and training of counselors, the action research paradigm of phenomenology of education can be used for reference, application and promotion, so as to promote the cultivation and development of the educational wisdom of college counselors, make college counselors fully competent for their duties and tasks as key educators, scientifically and effectively carry out the fundamental task of cultivating moral and human beings, and cultivate high-quality talents with comprehensive and individual development. Realize our country talent cultivation high-quality development.
