With the continuous changes in China's economy and society, the global competition faced by enterprises is becoming more and more intense, the internal and external environment is becoming more and more complex, and the speed of scientific and technological innovation is also accelerating. As a result, when companies encounter major problems, they tend to remain silent rather than offer countermeasures. Previous studies have shown that a leader's management style has a significant effect on the words and deeds of employees. In view of the problem of "silence" within state-owned enterprises and the lack of in-depth research on the influence mechanism of sincere leadership as a new leadership style, this project aims to explore the impact of sincere leadership style on employee silence and introduce the mediated variable of self-efficacy by using the grassroots employees of China Southern Power Network as the survey object. In this paper, the census method is used to analyze the data in turn, such as sample distribution statistical analysis, reliability test, homology error analysis, and correlation analysis. This study found that sincere leadership behavior has a significant negative impact on employees' silent behavior; Sincere leadership has a significant positive impact on employee self-efficacy; Employee self-efficacy has a significant negative impact on employee silent behavior; Employee self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role in the impact of sincere leadership on employees' silent behavior. On this basis, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions: first, enterprises should actively cultivate sincere leaders; Secondly, enterprises should pay attention to improving the self-efficacy and self-confidence of employees. Finally, companies should build clear advice and feedback mechanisms to reduce "silence" in the organization.
