This paper mainly studies the impact of digital transformation on the performance of wealth management business of commercial banks. With the rapid development of science and technology and the advancement of digital transformation, commercial banks are facing great challenges and opportunities. In this context, it is of great significance for the development of commercial banks to study how to effectively deal with the impact of digital transformation on wealth management business. In the introduction part, it first introduces the background and motivation of digital transformation. With the popularity of Internet technology and the rise of mobile payment, the traditional wealth management business is facing new challenges. Secondly, the purpose and significance of the research are clarified. The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of digital meta-transformation on the performance of wealth management business of commercial banks, and to further improve the efficiency and competitiveness of wealth management business. The significance of the study is to provide decision support and strategic guidance for commercial banks to promote the smooth progress of their digital transformation. In the part of related concepts and theoretical basis, the digital element transformation and wealth management business are defined and explained. Digital transformation means that commercial banks use information technology and digital means to transform and optimize business processes and improve service quality and efficiency. In the research design part, the research hypothesis is proposed and the difference-in-difference model is designed. The research hypothesis includes the positive impact of digital transformation on the performance of wealth management business of commercial banks. The difference-in-differences model is a commonly used regression analysis method to control the impact of other factors and accurately assess the impact of digital transformation on the performance of wealth management business. In the regression analysis of the impact of digital transformation on the performance of wealth management business of commercial banks, the regression results are given, and the heterogeneity analysis and robustness test are carried out. Through regression analysis, we can get the degree and direction of the impact of digital transformation on the performance of wealth management business. Heterogeneity analysis and robustness test can further verify the reliability and stability of the regression results. Finally, the main conclusions of the study are summarized. The results show that digital transformation has a significant positive impact on the performance of wealth management business of commercial banks. Based on this conclusion, relevant policy recommendations are proposed, including providing training and educational resources to enhance the digital capabilities of employees ; at the same time, it provides innovative digital technology solutions to improve the efficiency and personalized service level of wealth management business.
