This study focuses on the current mental health status of "future scientists", using multi-dimensional research methods of description, explanation, prediction and control to deeply explore the deep psychological roots that affect the mental health of this group, predict mental health and propose effective mental health promotion strategies . This study has the following findings:
1. Regarding the research on the current mental health status of "future scientists", this study used random street interviews, self-compiled psychological questionnaires and expert interviews to conduct research. The research findings are as follows: ① The results of random street interviews show that on-the-job scientific researchers generally believe that "future scientists" The risk of facing mental health problems is higher, especially scientific research pressure and emotional disorders, which have a greater impact on the mental health of "future scientists"; ② The results of the self-compiled questionnaire show that although the gender difference is not significant, different age, discipline, and There are significant differences between the type of unit, professional title and the mental health status of "future scientists". Most "future scientists" have good mental health status, but there are still a considerable number of people who need additional support and help and need attention; ③Expert interview research The results show that experts believe that the mental health of "future scientists" is at a medium or low level. A positive attitude, stress coping ability and mental toughness are important components of the mental health of "future scientists". "Future scientists" with good mental health are in Demonstrating higher creativity and efficiency in scientific research activities, they can respond to challenges more effectively. In addition, scientific research pressure and social expectations constitute major stress sources, as well as internal factors, work-life balance imbalance, and personal-level problems. Finally, experts believe that improving mental health is of great importance for improving scientific research efficiency, promoting all-round personal development and achieving career development goals.
2. In terms of research on factors affecting the mental health of "future scientists", this study uses in-depth psychological interviews, free association and dream interpretation techniques. The results found that the mental health of "future scientists" is affected by many aspects and has different deep psychological roots: ① In-depth psychological interviews and free association studies found that the native family, early growth experience, scientific research experience and personal cognition have a significant impact on mental health Influence; ② Free association research found that past scientific research experience, occupational pressure, gap between scientific research pressure and expectations, career uncertainty and competitive pressure, work-life imbalance, interpersonal relationship and cooperation problems, lack of support and understanding, and fear of failure and escape are important reasons affecting their mental health; ③Dream interpretation technology further reveals the pressure, confusion and fear of the future of "future scientists" in real life, various symbols and metaphors in dreams, such as mazes, gray walls, The sharp characters and abyss reflect the individual's pressure, confusion and fear of the future in real life. Through dream interpretation technology, researchers can touch the deep inner emotions and desires of individuals and reveal those psychological contents that may have been ignored or suppressed by consciousness, which provides scientific basis for mental health management.
3. In terms of research on predicting the mental health of "future scientists", this study borrows the Jungian mind structure model, that is, the level of consciousness, personal unconsciousness and collective unconsciousness to predict the "orientation point" of the mental health of "future scientists". This study demonstrates that by identifying and targeting psychological “anchor points” for the mental health of “future scientists”, the level of mental health can be effectively predicted.
4. In terms of the "Future Scientists" mental health control research, the effectiveness of the workshop can be objectively evaluated by analyzing the improvement of mental health-related indicators of workshop participants and comparing the changes in mental health levels of the experimental group and the control group. Research results show that mental health workshops have a positive role in improving the mental health of "future scientists". The experimental group's mental health level improved significantly after participating in the workshop, and there was a significant difference before and after the intervention, while there was no significant change in the control group.
