生育意願是人們作為一個社會群體，針對當前的生活現狀做 出的生育行為的態度與看法 。近年來，隨著人口出生率降低和社 會老齡化趨勢加劇，關於生育意願的討論已成為學界研究的焦點。 其中，殘疾人作為一個較為特殊的群體，其生育意願關係到社會 的穩定，更加值得關注 。然而，缺少從家庭視角探討殘疾人生育 意願的相關研究，忽視影響殘疾人生育意願的因素 。這不利於提 升殘疾人生育 率，提高其生活幸福感。
基於此，本文從家庭視角出發，依據殘疾人生活環境特徵設 計相應的調查問卷，採用 Logistic 模型客觀評估殘疾人的生育意 願, 剖析影響殘疾人生育意願的關鍵因素 。研究發現 ，年齡 、性 別、受教育程度、婚姻狀況、身體健康狀況均未對生育意願產生 顯著影響;具有醫療保障條件有助於提升生育意願 ，住房面積增 加有助於提升生育意願；年齡通過調節居住面積對生育意願產生 影響;居住面積僅對年輕人的生育意願產生顯著影響 ，未對年紀 偏大人群產生顯著影響 。根據研究結論，本文從家庭、政府、社 會等方面提出改善殘疾人群生育意願的建議， 以期為政府制定提 升殘疾人群生育意願政策措施提供參考。

Fertility is the attitude and view of people as a social group , aiming at the current living situation . In recent years , with the decrease of birth rate and the trend of aging society , the discuss ion on fertility intention has become the focus of academic rese arch . Among them , the disabled as a special group , their fertilit y desire is related to social stability , more worthy of attention . However , there is a lack of relevant research on the reproductiv e intention of people with disabilities from the perspective of fa mily , and the factors affecting the reproductive intention of peo ple with disabilities are ignored. This is not conducive to impro ving the birth rate of people with disabilities and improving thei r happiness in life .
Based on this , from the perspective of family , this paper de signs a questionnaire based on the living environment characteri stics of the disabled , uses the Logistic model to objectively asse ss the reproductive intention of the disabled , and analyzes the k ey factors affecting the reproductive intention of the disabled. T he results showed that age , sex , education level , marital status a nd physical health had no significant influence on fertility inten tion . Having medical security conditions helps to improve fertili ty intention , and the increase of housing area helps to improve f ertility intention .
